Thinking about trying CrossFit
Kickstart your CrossFit journey with our On-Ramp Program.
Step 1: Free 1-hour 1:1 introductory session with one of our experienced coaches. In this session, we cover the basics of CrossFit training and you will get to experience what a class at CFC would look like.
Step 2: 2 x 1-hour on ramp personal training sessions. This program is designed for us to teach you how to move safely, expose you to CrossFit's training methodology, and address your individual needs.
Step 3: Choose a membership suited to you.
Step 4: Jump into our classes and get to know the community!
Free Intro Session
Take a free 45-minute intro session with one of our friendly coaches. You’ll have the opportunity to try the CrossFit methodology, get a feel for our classes and get direct answers to all of your questions.
